Full payment is required upon placement of order. We accept both bank transfer and credit/debit card payments. All prices are stated in Australian dollars.
Returns & Refunds Policy
If a product you purchased from ANW Liquor is faulty, damaged (not due to misuse), incorrectly described, or fails to meet a consumer guarantee, we will offer you a refund, exchange, or repair (where possible). To process a return for a faulty product, we require valid proof of purchase, such as:
- Original receipt
- Tax invoice
- Credit card statement clearly showing the transaction
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods and services come with mandatory guarantees that protect your rights:
Goods:
- For major faults: You are entitled to a replacement, refund, and compensation for any loss in value.
- For minor faults: You may choose between a repair, replacement, or refund.
- You may also claim compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable losses caused by the faulty product.
Services:
- For major service failures, you can:
- (a) Cancel the service contract and receive a refund for the unused portion;
- (b) Continue the service and claim compensation for any reduced value.
- For minor service failures, you can request:
- A refund, or
- Free rectification within a reasonable time.
- If we fail to resolve the issue, you may:
- Arrange repairs elsewhere and recover reasonable costs, or
- Cancel an ongoing service and receive a refund.
- You may also seek compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable losses due to the service failure.
Change of Mind
We may offer a refund or exchange if you change your mind, provided:
- The product is returned within 28 days of purchase;
- It is unopened, undamaged, and in its original packaging;
- It is in resalable condition.
