A blend of three grape varieties from 10-year-old vines in the Jinshan sub-region of Helan Mountain's East Foothill. Manual harvesting, cluster selection, destemming, berry sorting, cold maceration, seed removal, alcoholic fermentation, and malolactic fermentation. Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months.
Deep ruby-red with a bright sheen, this wine offers ripe aromas of black plum, cherry, and strawberry, complemented by subtle notes of cedar, spice, and cocoa. Mid-palate reveals hints of mushroom and minerality, while the finish carries a delicate touch of smoke and cream. The tannins are firm yet refined, delivering a powerful and structured mouthfeel with a long, lingering finish that leaves a lasting impression.
